I can across this on google. I have had the same symptoms for about a year and a half. Constant pressure, strange pains in my head, headache almost everyday, pins and needles and numbness in my face, dizziness, feeling out of it, some tremors and vision problems ( seeing black spots and sometimes flashes of light). I saw my doctor she said that it was nothing saw my ent he said it could be the onset of migraines also saw a neurologist she said it could be migraine did an MRI no tumor but I know something is wrong somewhere. Doctor also told me I have fibromyalgia but then took it back I have been losing my mind trying to figure out what it is!! Does anyone have any updates??

Headache dizziness numbness all sorts of issues!
sarahsmile121, we can't diagnose because we aren't doctors but I can relay a lot of what you are saying to my own experience with anxiety and fibromyalgia. I don't believe in looking to goggle for your answer, it just confuses you even more. Anxiety and Fibro can go hand in hand. For me, it was anxiety first and 2 years later fibromyalgia. The Fibro fog,
the muscle contraction headaches as well as migraines, pins and needles, feeling out of it, pain and aching muscles, tight and tense, black spots and other vision issues. The anxiety and fibro symptoms can overlap making it difficult to figure out where it's coming from.
Seeing a Rheumatologist who may be better trained to give you some answers on autoimmune disorder might be a good idea. Once you know what you are dealing with, that in itself brings down the stress over it. xx
Have you I appreciate you writing back. I know that knownone here is a doctor it’s just good to know that some people are in the same boat as me. This post was actually suppose to be posted under someone else oops lol but either way I am going to find a rheumatologist in my area to see maybe that is where my answer is. Thank you again and I hope that your doing well!
Do a google search for doctors in your area who treat either chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia or Lyme disease.
I have been having thr same problem. Trying to find the cause as well. I am having a physical on Wednesday. I went to ENT, neurologist, ER about 5 times and nothing. I really want myself back.
