Hi I’ve been doing much better with my anxiety but more recently I have a real thing about sleeping when im away from home. As soon as I start getting ready for bed I’ve got that sick feeling in my gut and by the time I’m in bed I’m having full blown panic attack. Even when I manage to calm myself down as soon as I start to fall asleep I get a rush of panic and adrenaline. Does anyone else get this? It’s currently 3am and I’m feeling desperate and lost

Yes I’ve gotten this. One way to release this stress is to cry it out, just start crying it releases a lot of stress and toxins. Last night I was having a freak out about sleep, I began to pray and cry. Then I fell asleep the rest of the night.

Thanks Lynn, I did have a good cry last night and think it helped a bit! I just seem to work myself up into such a state and then feel so annoyed with myself the next day x

I do the same thing! I get so worked up in my head it’s awful I know.
