Anxious

I’ve been very anxious lately. This morning I took my vitamin d medicine and instantly felt my anxiety running through my body chest was heavy, and heart felt like it was vibrating I instantly got scared and heart rate went up completely. I’m so anxious I can’t deal. I thought I was getting over this but i guess I’m not

Hi deeaire, did you just start taking Vit D? Actually I was under the impression that

low levels of vit D causes anxiety and panic issues. Just wondering if your low levels causes the rush of anxiety or maybe the idea of taking the med. I'd be interested in knowing. xx

Agora, I believe it was the idea of me taking the vitamin my doctor says it doesn’t cause any side affects just anxious ole me haha

I use to be like that, practically wrote my will out every time I would have to take

a new medication. Now it seems so silly. You're not alone in that feeling. x

Same here. If i take meds i instantly think the med is gonna kill me. Ugh. Well i use to I’m much better now! That’s all it was was your subconscious thinking something was gonna happen from taking that pill. No big deal!
