Heart palpitations and eye issues

Does anyone get Heart palpitations with anxiety and without anxiety. Most of the time i get them when i get up to clean the house and then i get anxiety from having them. Lately my eyes have been bothering me juss feel like im seeing stuff weird anxious eye. Ima mess anymore 😔

Tiffany, there seems to be a rush on palpitations at the moment, everybody is reporting them. It's a very common symptom of anxiety. It's worth remembering that anxiety is always there in the background even when you don't feel it. Your nervous system has become over sensitive, until we recover it remains that way round the clock.

You obviously don't like cleaning the house, who can blame you, your anxiety knows that and rises to it.

Palpitations can mean feeling your heart beat, missed/irregular beats or your heart beating faster than normal. It means different things to different people. But the heart muscle is large and strong, it can take all that. So just accept it, reassure yourself you are in no danger and get on with cleaning the house.

Visual disturbances are also a common symptom of anxiety and can take many forms.

If you're not reassured or your heart beat exceeds 200 for too long see your doctor. But if you check it I bet you'll find it's well under 150 beats and returns to under 100 before too long.

There's no need for panic, nothing terrible is going to happen.

Thank you for the reassurance 😊... its become and everyday thing for me now and yes i do hate cleaning lol ive had an ekg when they first started an my gp said it was perfect and he thinks its from anxiety but i have a hard time believing him due to him seeming like he doesnt care. He put me on a beta blocker bystolic 5mg cuz when they first started i did have a fast hr well over 100 i think it was all due to lisinopril bp medicine i was taking he took me off it and they calmed but theyve come back it was almost like my heart realized it could do that and just kept on with it smh i get skipped beats itll feel like a pause and then itll beat a little harder i can feel it in my throat its very unsettling. But its been 2 1/2 years of dealing with it i try to stay strong but it gets hard sometimes. Thank u for your response 😊
