Hi, I am an experienced anxiety / panic sufferer who's come through the other side. I read where someone said 'This too shall pass. It might pass like a kidney stone, but it will pass'. Love that, so true, it's a complicated journey, but coming through to the other side is bliss !

Way to go Saturn, it is totally worth it. The peace and calm in surrendering and just enjoying life and being present is so worth the journey.
