Curiousssss????

I'm getting this cold sensation on the roof of my mouth and in my throat?! I'm not EXTREMELY worried about it, just a little concerned. Anybody know what this could be? I'm also getting headaches a lot recently but that may just be down to my hormones/girly stuff? Helppppppp x

Hi. I'm a lil surprised 2 see no comments on here. Sorry. I just seen your post. I've had weird cold sensation before. Once was in my chest & felt crazy strange. Mine are generally hot sensations now though.

No need to be sorry my lovely! I guess it's all just anxiety related because when I got reassured by a friend who said she had exactly the same sensation, it went straight away! They're awful at times! Sending love and strength your way

Thanks! Anxiety does some strange crap for sure & with me, once I get use to one thing being anxiety related, a new thing happens. So glad it went away for you & hoping for all peaceful feelings for ya. 😊
