Great Website for Anxiety Help

Hello, I just wanted to let everyone know that I have come across a website that is full of great information to help with Anxiety. Just a warning that it does have offers to buy access to a lot more information but at a low cost or to even pay to speak with therapists and the cost is even cheaper than the cost for me to see a therapist in my area, that is if I was paying out of pocket and not just a co-pay. There is still a lot of great information on the website that you don't have to pay anything for. It really gave me a lot of answers and insight. I hope it helps some of you too on your journey to recovery. It is clear now that unless I deal with the underlying causes of my anxiety I will not have a full long lasting recovery. The website is called anxietycentre.com

I had a quick look at this website and what it says is very sound and in keeping with what many of us believe. Well worth a longer look.
