I think I took to many pills last night like xanax and my sleepin pills and pain pills. I woke up with a massive head ache and feel hot and sick. I'm so tired and ashamed about myself. I'm having such a bad day.

Hi brettalundgren! Once I took too many sleeping pills and woke up with numbness is my face and hand. However it was not the same kind.

If you ask me, it could just be a coincidence depending on how much over the suggested amount you took. It would take maybe around triple to quadruple the normal amount to cause a hot fever. If you took more then double the suggested amount, I would either go to ER or contact poison control.

If you barely took more then suggested, it is probably a coincidence that you ended up feeling sick in the morning, but I would still visit the doctor to be safe.
