First time posting.

This summer has been the worst. We lost a grandmother and a few friends all within days of each other. My oldest daughter got her license and my youngest is going to middle school. I feel so overwhelmed. The doctor switched my meds from hydrodroxine( not the correct spelling sorry) to busprone and propanol about 6 months ago. I just feel anxious all the time and find myself snapping at my daughter's . I hate feeling this way. I have had anxiety for 8 years and this summer it feels like when I was first diagnosed.

Yes my anxiety has been the same way, like when I was first diagnosed! Just the past week though, my doc gave me hydroxyzine 10mg to take as needed 3 times a day. How did u like that medication?

I thought hydroxyzine worked really well after about a week or so. They will make you tired but it goes away after your body gets use to it.
