Hi Nina!
I have this as well. You know you're getting healthy when you go for days at a time without the symptoms. The fact is we're not completely healed and it's easy to get over confident and believe you're finished with stress and anxiety. I'm guilty of this and then it puts me in my place. The only positive outcome is after experiencing panic, anxiety for so long I cope with it and even know the signs/symptoms that it's trying to return. Usually goes away when I recognize the feeling and I tell my subconscious mind to get lost with those negative thoughts. Keep up your exercises and breathing when it returns and it will quickly go away!
