Unreal feeling

How can aniexty make me feel this unreal and in a dream???? I don’t understand will medication help this

Anxiety takes over parts of your brain and the brain sends signals to nerves causing our symptoms. That's why the brain is the strongest organ. It's the control center of us. I went through a phase of feeling out of body and a numbing head. It felt like something heavy had attached itself to my head and I had brain fog for about a month. One day, it went away on it's own. I didn't use any pills although they were prescribed to me. I believe once I finally started getting some sleep is when my symptoms faded and I began to slowly recover. If you're not getting enough rest you won't recover. It does get better.
