Returned home last night after 3 days training in meld . My body was buzzing last night and could not sleep . Today I feel sick and keep getting pain in left breast and feel out of breath . Those last few days was the worst . My anxiety was through the roof the whole time and my Bp very high . This can’t be good for me all this going on . Feeling drained
