I take St Johns Wort & I swear by it! It’s a natural medicine, that I buy from Lloyd’s Chemist. I take one a day & honestly I went from unable to leave my house to going out and even quitting my job and starting a fresh!

Thanks Hannah- will try this as my anxiety is bad atm and unable to get a gp appt!
