I think you should see if you'll throw . Sometimes it's best that you do that .
Stay hydrated that's why. Drink gatorade and go and buy O.R.S tablets,they not only rehydrates the body but also supplies salt and other electrolytes, which helps in maintaining the electrolyte balance. However, if you suffer from diabetes, avoid taking ORS as it contains sugar.
