Hi everyone I'm considering buying CBD from Holland and barret to help me shut my mind off at night and get some sleep as I have ready that it could help with that sort of stuff anyone ever tried CBD or any information on it thanks in advance

I have tried this for pain relief I didn't notice any difference in anxiety levels your best bet is go talk to your doctor either increase your dose of meds or change to something different I personally take propanonol 160mg I find this works for me they do make you feel a little bit drowsy though

I have also tried the Holland and Barret CBD. I didn't notice any difference. I think this is because it is so weak that there is not enough to do the job. P.s it tastes awful! Lol

I also vape so bought the CBD as a vape and it works. I find it does relax me and is very quick. Didn't notice any difference in the day but then you have adrenaline as you move around doing jobs. The vape does not contain nicotine and is flavoured. P.s. Need a good vape device to get the best out of it.
