Anxiety and weight gain/loss

I have found that in times of large amounts of anxiety, my weight tends to fluctuate. Last September, my weight had gone down fifteen pounds in a short span. This happened because of a large amount of anxiety for me during that time.

What’s odd is that now, in July, when I am experiencing bad anxiety again, my weight is increasing.

It is so frustrating to not have full control over your own weight and that it isn’t even consistent.

Does anyone else have this experience with anxiety and weight fluctuations?

When I have severe anxiety and/or depression, my weight falls off dramatically and quickly. Being so nervous all the time makes it hard to eat too. I hate it.
