Hi Lindsey, definitely. Flying itself can be challenging if you have anxiety. In addition, you won't have your loved ones next to you for support or someone to talk with. I get uneasy before flying but always make it through after a half hour or so in the air. I usually make some friends sitting next to me and play cards or just talk about our lives. It helps to pass the time and forget about my nerves. Another tactic I use is music or visualizing in my mind all the fun, new experiences I'm going to have during the trip/vacation. Enjoy your travels to TN!
