I was laying down on my bed for a while when suddenly I felt an intense dizziness wash over me. My face got hot and i was really scared. I felt like i was going to fall on the left side. I didnt know what was going on. I am on my period right now so it could be anemia from that? I had it happen about a week ago while standing up but this time i was laying down. It is so scary, i dont want to be sick and i told my mom who just got mad at me out of being scared. I think it is cause of my period. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hi , yes I get this and have noticed it’s much worse around the P time .. I think it’s to do with fluctuations in our hormones.. I nearly always get headaches to .
Maybe keep a diary for the next couple of months to see when yours is worse then speak to your gp if you’re really worried. Just to put your mind at rest.
