Hi.

Can understand you perfectly 😊

I think a lot of us who struggle with anxiety will struggle with loud noises...I do for sure, I have trauma so there are a lot of other things I struggle with too and social anxiety.

It maybe worth chatting to your dr, do you struggle with anxiety generally do you think , any other symptoms...

Most people can be afraid of loud noises and jump if they are taken unawares...

Good wishes to you 🌺🌼🌺🌼

Dear Choively,

Dr Claire Weeks describes in her book and in her youtube lectures about," over sensitive nerves".

Your response is described by her in the book and video lectures, to loud noise, or becoming startled by "stubbing your toe in the night" and getting the same panic response.

SHE explains why this happens and how to help yourself manage your response.

Best of luck.
