Lower lip twitching

My lower left side of my lip has been twitching almost constantly past few days. Has anyone had this or have any recommendations to make it stop

I started taking a multivitamin. It's not as bad as it used to be but for past few days my lip is going crazy...I can barely notice looking in the mirror but I feel it

Ok, sounds like a small quirk like many of us get n some way or another. If you can't see it, sounds like it is rather slight. If it's not affecting your speech, let it go, try to stop worrying about it and relax.......really think it will go away.
