My heart is pounding..so I checked it. 167..the 104 over 68....all good for a 68 y/o....
The 167 concerned me.....after reading some other posting....I remembered I do this high hard heartbeat...after I eat fast food.... sodium....boo.

Hi SweetSue2, Sodium would really bring up your blood pressure (at least that happens to me) I'm very sensitive to sodium. If your b/p is still 167, I'd give your doctor a call. He may want you to take something for it, knowing your health history. Let us know how you are feeling. xx
