So I’m at work...mid morning and suddenly I’ve head pressure and things start to swim , I feel off balance and woozy ( like a drugged feeling) not that I’d know but imagine what it’s like .. so then my blood sugars drop and I’m trembling and all the time trying to act normal.. I feel nauseous .
Now several hours later still don’t feel right and have a crawling feeling up the back of my head , still have a jumpy heart and feeling a bit sorry for myself as I actually do know what’s causing it as I don’t feel stressed only over maybe there’s something going on with my health.. am I burying my head in the sand and should I address it ?
