I just discovered what I was feeling during bad panic attack’s had a name...that feeling like you are out of body, life doesn’t seem”real” and everything/everyone around you seems muffled. I have just been dealing and let it pass...any one have this symptom? Any suggestions how you get through it?

like you said, just deal with it and let it pass. accept that it is happening, and remember it will pass. it’s your body’s fight or flight response because a panic attack is letting all the nerves in your body know that you are danger (even though you’re not.) i struggle with this a lot, but all you can really do and accept it instead of fighting it. its uncomfortable, not dangerous, don’t forget that:)
