Nervous and anxious

So I have to take my math exam today and it’s fairly easy o just have check in and sit the computer and pass the exam. But I’m feeling nervous about having to sit there for who knows how long. I want tool keep calm but just thinking about going is making me so nervous and keep telling myself I’ll go in a couple minutes. Any advise on keeping cool? Thanks in advanced
