Anxiety or Depression
We all have bad days. Whether you have anxiety or not.. they happen. In my opinion the difference between anxiety and depression is the body sensations and general overall feeling. For example, with anxiety.. you may feel hot/cold sensations, elevated heartrate, dizziness..and this may last for a few mins or over a few hours. With depression, its a sense of doom and gloom. You cant feel good and its hard to be motivated. I have found that at sometime I have had both of these type of symptoms, but in my case I really suffer from anxiety. The depression doesnt last for me and usually its short term. However, my anxiety exists all the time and I have to manage it.
Its very possible to have different stages of one or the other.. or both.. .but only you know how you feel.
