Abdominal Pain/Anxiety

I'm worried, my abdomen is feeling tender to touch and hurts in liver region (upper right quadrant), it tends to hurt more if I bend over or if I lift right leg when walking up stairs or putting on pants, I also feel nauseous, it has me really concerned, I'm trying to not let anxiety or thoughts get to me about this, I don't know what to do. I'm scared it could be an infection or something like gallstones, I've never had any of those but I'm still scared about them. Help. It's causing my fear of dying to occur again.

Hi Netiri you should go to the doctors as it may be something that needs medication. Goodluck
