CBD Capsules

I have been looking in Holland and Barrets at some CBD Capsules (not the oil)

I was wondering if anyone has found any relief with them?

I want to try them but want to see what other people think before spending 35 pound on them.

I can say that the oil helped me a bit. Don't know about the capsules but I believe it helps.

Oh do you. Do you feel that it works a little bit? I know it won’t do miracles but I will try any natural herb for some relief.

i tried the oil for the first time about an hour ago (cbd vanilla tongue drops i got it from my local market for £25) its medium strength because i wasnt sure what to go for, i just put afew drops under my tongue and i actually feel better than i have for weeks, its relaxed me and i feel slightly detached so alot less on edge than i usually am
