Bad anxiety please help

Anyone had an episode where you’re taking your last air

Yeah I had one of those episodes that pretty much landed me in the hospital but after that I decided to seek help to control it thru medication and therapy which is going ok good for now and just learning to breath and a lot of prayer goes along way talk to god he heals all may peace upon you and you can get thru this

Breathing is the very first thing that "goes" when I'm anxious. I have posted about this on other threads - sorry in advance if you've already seen my post on this topic - long story short is I kept going to the ER thinking I was suffocating and dying. Spent a ton of money doing that and each time it was a panic attack, but after each event I felt like "that last one was anxiety but THIS time it's real!" So this kept going on for a while until it finally happened enough times that I could make myself believe that it was anxiety and also took Lexapro. I still take it and it has made a big difference for me. Not perfect, but the panic has seriously been curbed. I still have general anxiety every day. But the panic has mostly stopped, when I feel it stirring up I can usually tell myself "this is panic. Go distract yourself."
