Tight/heavy head feeling.

Does anyone have this sudden feeling where your head feels all tight and heavy like something isn't right?

This is accompanying my 24/7 unbalanced swaying feeling, and it's hard to cope.

Hi LucyJane2305, It is a very common symptom of anxiety caused by clenching your jaws. This makes the facial muscles so tight making your head feel heavy. Same with the accompanying unbalanced swaying feeling. The muscles in your ear canal also are tight causing that imbalance feeling. I've been there and it wasn't until I started relaxing my muscles that it went away.

Use muscle relaxation found on YouTube. Find a quiet spot and listen to the guidance in relaxing and deep breathing your muscle tension away. Starting with your toes and ending with your head. Using deep breathing and making sure you hydrate with water during the day can help with that swaying feeling. Hope this helps...xx

I agree with Agora and I just learned about the jaw clenching thing as I get the imbalance swaying thing too.
