Hi, I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety about 2 months ago and only 5 days ago I have been feeling out of it.. it seems like my sense of touch and my taste is off not completely gone but just a bit off. Can somebody help me because I have a tendency to overthink and it’s put many things in my head that I don’t want to worry about..

Hi, yes me too! I have been having those odd sensations too. Mentioned it to my doctor and also psychiatrist who both assure me it’s a common physical symptom of severe anxiety. Sucks I know, and not pleasant but I’m sure it will pass. X
