Coffee substitute


I have always had a rough time getting my mind awake in the morning. Im sure it's because anxiety keeps me awake at night. I was hooked on caffeine for years but have cut back dramatically because of my anxiety. But now i can't even drink my 1 morning cup without it causing physical panic symptoms and irritation. Can anyone recommended a substitute?

fruit smoothies!

I drink non-caffeinated tea. All kinds...Camomile, peppermint, ginger, black. You don't need all that caffeine to wake up. I just like something hot in the morning. The tea is great and beneficial to your health. I quit smoking late December and dumped coffee at the same time because they go hand in hand. I feel better starting out my day without the jitters and not having the worry or symptoms caffeine causes.
