Hello, I have been having the same issue since February and have exhausted all the the things within my control that i can link it to for example anxiety or even food and digestion (vagus nerve). You should try go to your doctor and point this out and maybe see if there will be a way of bringing the appointment forward with your cardiologist. It is good you have got this appointment.
Heart palpitations could be due to anything and sometimes even when I am slightly worried I have them which is strange cause I have had anxiety for years without my heart being affected in this way. Even worrying about palpitations can cause them as it can cause people to be quite stressed. Have you looked into your electrolyte levels or do you have acid reflux ? I ask this cause these can cause heart palpitations but again the electrolyte would be accompanied with other obvious things.
But definitely go to your doctor as soon as you can to talk this through I'm sure there will be someone here who could give you further advice. Best wishes!
Taking magnesium supplements orally is not as effective as through other mediums. Absorbing by skin is best. Take magnesium salt baths. 20 min soaking in Epson Salt should alleviate your problem. Do it daily ir at least 3 times per week
