I have got to say anxiety is exhausting. 4 years I have had it every day. Some days the worst and other days manageable but it feels like I have lost 4 years!
I want to have my old life back.. feel invincible again and in love with the world.
I need to find an answer because this is just rubbish

Matt - can you do something? Go and download the free 'Dare' app. Seriously. It's really helping me right now and I can't wait to start utilising the book. If you fancy that, you can give it a try too. You have nothing to lose by picking up the freebie app. though - I think you'll like it. Sending hugs for Easter. x
Do you take anything for anxiety? I have it too and I didn’t even realize it until I was diagnosed in 2014. I guess I was just used to it because I didn’t know the feelings I had were abnormal. One thing that has really helped me is paying attention to the physical feelings I have when I start to feel anxious. For me, the first noticeable sign is when it feels difficult to breathe. It’s like no matter how hard I try to breathe in, I’m somehow not getting enough air into my lungs. As soon as I feel that way, I take a clonazapam and it helps. Other physical symptoms I have when I have anxiety are pacing, ruminating thoughts, and a knot in the upper part of my abdomen right under my sternum. It seems like paying attention to the physical feelings has really helped, and like my body is trying to give me a signal that anxiety is kicking in. If I wait too long to do something about those initial feelings I have, it’s often too late and the medication isn’t as helpful so I’ll just have to wait it out until it passes.
