Broken heart is truly a difficult thing. If you believe your symptoms of depression are returning speak with your doctor. In the mean time try to stay busy occupyng your time can ease your pain. If your not up to getting out. Try finding a project to do painting coloring yard work anything that takes up time. I find listening to music that is upbeat can be helpful. At the end of the day hold on to the good peole in your life know you are somebody important to someone and take things one moment at a time.
