Vivid dreams

Does anyone have a very very vivid dream and then wake up feeling like total crap? I'm talking about with your head feeling foggy and your still sleepy and feel like your still in a dream state with your heart racing? If so, what did u do to stop it?

I have had really vivid dreams on several occasions. I cant necessarily recall if it caused my head to feel any different than what its been feeling all along with this anxiety but I do still wake up out of my sleep alot and am still very sleepy because i dont get any full sleep lately. Its always broken sleep. And I do wake up out of my sleep with the pounding heart. The other night I jumped from my sleep feeling like i had to gasp for air as if I had stopped breathing in my sleep. And when that happened thats when the pounding heart came.

I get it all the time. It's pretty bad when you sleep great and then reality comes back around and your still in the hole. I wish I had a way for you to cope. Sleep well and get plenty of rest, eat well.

Yes, that exactly what I'm talking about. It's so much better when your asleep and not in that hole but as soon as you wake up, there it is again. Thank you!

I think it's a good indicator that there is something physically wrong inside your body. There would be no reason to sleep great and wake up with a refreshed mind and get immediately torn down by awareness of your signals.
