Nicolexxxx, you may feel fat but weighing in at only 8 stone 2lb I don't think anybody would view you as fat, not at all.

Hello again Nicole, you are in a very healthy BMI of 19.6. Your recommended weight range based on your height is anywhere between 7 stone 7 up to 10 stone 4. This feeling is more based on your self image rather than your health and losing weight (which you absolutely do not need to!) would not help you with this. Have you talked to anyone about this? Seeking guidance from a councillor or someone in the profession could be helpful although I know the whole ordeal sounds exhausting. If you keep focusing on what bothers you that’s all you’ll ever see, pick a part of your body that you don’t like and be specific, for example “my arms are so floppy.” Or “my legs are huge!” And argue back to yourself like a friend would for example “you’re arms are great, your legs support your entire body, love them for what they do for you! Some people aren’t as lucky to have that.” Try picking one thing a day and doing this, also whenever you look in the mirror avoid immediately going to something you don’t like, pick out something you do and tell yourself, “my eyes are looking bright and clear today.” “My legs are killing it.” The more you do these things the easier they become, what’s the worst that could happen? Give it a try for 2 weeks see how your mindset changes.

Hope this helps in any way.
