Am I the only one that can hear my heartbeat in my head or ears especially at night? What is wrong now?

I've had this, it comes and goes, it's called Pulsile Tinnitus. For your own reassurance maybe mention it to your doctor but it's not a sign of anything serious, don't know how old you are but it can come on as part of the aging process. It's a sign that you've got a good strong pulse and your hearing is fine (if you want to look at it positively).

I rarely notice it even when it's there, I can hear it slightly now but only because I'm thinking about it.

Just accept it and don't stress about it but as I say see your doctor if you're worried.
