When will it go away for good?

Been over smoke free cold turkey for over 8 weeks. I'm feeling great to quit smoking cigarettes and never thought i can do it but why am i still having a little chest tightness during the day. Its not painful just there lingering and makes me feel uncomfortable. Took a stress test and all blood test negative. Blood pressure normal and heart rate normal too. Never had these problems when before i quit. Can withdrawals still there and my body is still healing and could it be that my body is getting healthy and body and mind has to re learn to get used to it.

Hi Kenny, firstly well done! Stopping the Cigs is really hard. It does bother your chest for quite a while. Think while it becomes accustomed to the lack of Nicotine. And lungs having to work less hard. I packed in 14 years now. Best thing i ever did! 😊✌️

Thank you so much to respond back with your experience with that as well. Definitely keeps my mind in peace now. Especially from others that are or went through the same symptoms. Congrats on your strength of being smoke free wow 14 yrs and counting. Awesome☺👍
