I’m 21 and I think I’ve had social anxiety since I was 15. It’s affecting my day to Day life and holding me back on things I’d like to do, but I’m scared to go to the doctors about it. I went when I was 19 and the doctor basically wasn’t really interested or helpful. I get anxious about anything from going for a meal with my boyfriend(who I’ve been with for 6 years!) to starting the gym (I’ve never been and just the thought of it makes me feel so anxious). Then because Its holding me back and I’m scared to do social things I start to think my life is rubbish and I’m waisting it. Any advice or tips would be very appreciated
