Medical anxiety

Hi I've had anxiety for years, I had a brain bleed 22+ years ago, I then found my anxiety worsening, I had double vision start,this was 12 years ago, I had endless scans, with all clear, each time I get double vision, i had a third nerve palsy,I was sent to hospital, which heightened my anxiety, after 13 years they said it due to acute rhyonitus, all scans and test were clear, but each time I get double vision with really bad anxiety I just fall apart, I know this feeling doctors missing something, but I can't seem to just get on with it, is this still just the anxiety kicking in as usual, I am on 20mg paroxetine, I was on 10, but had them raised among ago, I'm always tired to, any reply of encouragement is greatly received thank you
