Looks like screen was rocking when having an anxiety attack

Okay, honestly I don’t know if it was just the camera moving upward as I was going through my anxiety. Or if I was hyperventilating a bit, which caused the motion. But it basically looked like the screen swayed up and down or moved a bit forward. But I decided to beat out the anxiety and watch the rest of the movie. Nothing else happened after. I’m just curious if people have dealt with this kind of motion before?

Yes, I have had that happen to me too. I’ve also had it feel like things on the screen scrambled around (for lack of a better term) for a second.
