Does anyone have lower back pain spasms from anxiety? I'm scared that it won't get better. Doctor lowered some of my meds and I feel terrible. Crying all the time.

What meds meds for the back or for mood?
Yes, I frequently experience this, magnesium tablets help me if they won't clash with your meds, also a warm wheat bag at night time. It will get better when your anxiety lessens.
