Hi guys, i am really struggling at the moment, i dont feel well every single minute of every single day, mt anxiety levels are so high and i'm so depressed i cant shake it no matter how i try, i feel so ill..Can anybody help me please? Thank you......Pic is my wife and me..... so beautiful.....

Hi! What a Lovely pic of you both. Have you seen a Doctor for your anxiety or maybe Counseling?? Do you have support from your family? I have been trying meditation and writing down what's bothering me. I truly hope We can all get through Our struggles and be happy.
