I’ve had constant nausea for almost a year now. I take Effexor 150mg It’s gotten less over the months but still always there. It’s gone away for a few days here and there but always returns. Please help. I’m desperate.

Probably a good first step would be to have a doctor check.

Nausea is a super normal symptom of anxiety. Probably not to worry. Let the nausea be there and pass and probably over time it will stop coming if you don't respond to it. You can also try ginger.

Try taking an OTC motion sickness pill. They help me most of the time. God bless. Good luck.

My son has one called Ondansetron. I’ve tried them and they help a little bit.

You might try taking ginger root supplements. When I started my meds, I was very nauseous and the ginger root pills helped. I also bought Sea Bands from Amazon and put them on in the mornings and they helped a lot. They are pretty cheap, under $10, so it may be worth it for you to get them and try them out.

I found those pressure bands helpful too, have you tried muscle relaxation techniques? I found them very effective. I used to be constantly nauseous and it's still one of my biggest symptoms but I find I only get it constantly now when I'm having a very stressful patch.
