I have been taking magnesium glycinate supplements and krill oil. Both are supposed to benefit mental health. My anxiety and 24/7 lightheadedness started approximately one week after stopping sam e. I can somewhat deal with the anxiety. My main concern is the constant lightheadedness. Its been 14 months with no improvement. I've read that it generally takes 18 to 24 months for the neurotransmitters to reach homeostasis. So I'm optimistic that in time my brain will heal.

I suppose it Couldn't hurt to try a different type of magnesium, the glycinate doesn't seem to be helping much.
