Does anyone have bad muscle pain from anxiety. My lower back is painful and upper back and ribs

I have symptoms of lower back pain as well. Yoga is my fix all. If it is acute try soaking in a warm bath with epsom salts.

I did but the pain is still bad because I can't stop being afraid. My anxiety is worse
