Waiting...

I just had a meeting with HR due to my level of anxiety the last couple of weeks. I was going through an extremely situation related to my family. I nearly had a breakdown and I should have asked for some time off looking back, but I literally had no support from family and I did not reach out to many friends. I am now waiting to hear back (still at work) as to the outcome of the meeting and what their next steps will be. I purchased a homeopathic remedy along with the medication I take, to help with anxiety and it working very well though I can't help but try to prepare myself for he worst. I've had anxiety for my whole life and with every job I have always had fear of being fired for unknown reasons. This time I allowed an external problem to overlap horribly into my work and the worst part is I am still in my first 90 days.

Thank you. I think I'm going to start seeing a Therapist again. I should have been doing that a long time ago.
