Does anyone else feel like they are lifting out of there own body when they are asleep.
Last night I felt like I was hovering over myself in bed. What the hell is that all about? Never ever had that before. Scared the crap out of me. Then I proceeded to have another anxiety attack immediately after waking up. Unbelievable.

Yes, I have had that feeling so many times. I don't know why or what it is but my guess it's the muscles relaxing
