Constant worry
You know what , our minds can be our enemies ,but you know what ..... They also can be our best friends ... Yes I mean best friends . A normal person gets thousands of thoughts a day . Our minds are always learning new things , I mean always. Each of your worry is about either past or future . Notice one thing , no worry stems from the present ..... Just take a moment and think about it .
Thoughts are like butterflies passing by . It's our choice we give attention to them or not . You won't believe me but, you control your own thoughts . I didn't believe it myself first . The more you think about your worry like "oh iam worrying , why am I worrying , why can't I stop worrying.......,," Realize..... You are yourself giving your brain more worries in this cycle . If one can create negative thoughts, one can also create positive . Don't look t your worry as something bad , what if I tell you another way of seeing it . See it as that your brain cares for you . It doesn't want you to suffer a problem in future , thus it is giving signals , all it is doing is protect you , and that is what it's designed for , worrying is a normal and essential part of our survival .
Once you see it this way and get what I'm saying , you will not create further worries of worries itself , i have been there.....
Good luck
