Yes I have. You can't search this stuff antony bcas we are all different and what works for one may not work for another.(You can of course search what you like btw..i just don't personally advise it) What do you struggle the most with?. Is there one or is it everything? It does sound a silly question yet I'm asking for a reason. Therapy can work on the road to recovery bcas support is paramount in you getting well. Sites like this and the people on here all know how you feel. It's also not a quick climb to getting better and you have to be prepared for that...mentally and physically. If you take meds..and you don't feel a change(helpful to also ask those who know you as we can't sometimes feel the change but others see it) can you see yourself not taking them?. These are all questions to ask yourself. There isn't sadly a magic wand and the only tip i can give you is stay positive and believe you will get there...because you will. Focus on the light at the end of a tunnel...or whatever you want as long as it's a comfortable place for you...strive to take baby steps and never run before you walk. Breathing. It's important to take deep breaths when you feel a wobble coming...and as you come out of the darkness you may experience a few of these wobbles. Breathe thro them until you feel yourself calming. Finally be proud of yourself. Anxiety is an emotional rollercoaster and I say this due to its ups and downs. Remember you are going to do this and you will come thro this ..tell yourself that. These are my own experiences and I can only speak from a personal point of view. Take care. Janie.

Taking calcium supplements can deplete magnesium resulting in anxiety attacks. If you are taking calcium, take a supplement that includes magnesium. If not, you might want to try magnesium by itself. A product called CALM worked for me.
